When creating a new instance of data or updating information, such as recording an allergy or observation, Tolven records the information captured by a wizard in real-time.

If for any reason a data entry form is not submitted by the user the information input is not lost (e.g., the user inadvertently closes the wizard or the browser; connection to the internet is lost etc.,). An incomplete wizard is placed on the "Activity" list from where it can be selected by an account user and either completed or canceled as required.
