Provides cross-account administration pages.

Version 0.0.1

Initial commit. Currently only contains initial form structure. No functionality. But the plugin can be added to plugins.xml if desired. User must have tolvenAdminconsole role in LDAP to be able to access these forms. The link to this page is shown on the Select Account page.
