Version 2.1.29
- Moved the xsl and dataextract.application.xml out of dataextract and into it's own pacakage so that PQRI is now a part of only ONC and not core components.
- Set visible flag to NEVER on allergy menus by default. Note that for existing installation you must clean up entries in the database for the Allergies Document trim. Use the following SQL:

- Blood glucose observations are now displayed in the Observations pane of the patient's overview tab. To make this fix, default actStatus was set to active in the observation trim.
- Relocated necessary scripts to this module as part of removing dependency on onc.component.web.
- Fixed smoking assessment code to work after the removal of the now obsolete onc.component.ejb plug-in.

- Added deploy.substancemanufacturer to part of default ONC configuration.
- When receiving a share, the 'create new patient' link now does not produce an error, but properly links to the create new patient wizard. for ePHR and eCHR.
- Changed the location of several TRIM files to be associated with the appropriate plug-in. The org.tolven.onc.test plug-in is a resting place for any type of test data that might be needed for ONC testing.
- Removed deploy.breastproblems from the ONC configuration.
- Added the functionality to allow the end user to select whether or not a new patient list/reminder/alert should process against existing patients.
- Removed Advance Directives and Discharge Instructions from the Observations menu.
- The dependency on onc.component.ejb CCHITBean class has been removed. Functionality replaced to use menuBean. This is a back-end code update only. There are no noticeable changes from the user's perspective.
- Created new rules for hypertension and asthma lists so that when a patient is updated in any way they will not fall off the hypertension and/or asthma list.
Version 2.1.25
- The "For" column is now populated on the Activity list for a received CCD document in the eCHR.
- For ONC §170.302 (i) Generate Patient Lists functionality, fixed the rule associated with Influenza to point to the appropriate list.
- When receiving a share, the Create New Patient link now properly links to the Create New Patient wizard.
- Removed the New Study Patient wizard from the application because it is no longer applicable.

- Fixed the error that occurred when clicking the Reports tab by moving the Reports tab and page from the org.tolven.onc.applications plug-in to the org.tolven.analysis plug-in.
- The <from> expressions for assigned placeholder were changed.
- The page name for encounter placeholder was changed.
- Allergies that are not active will no longer show up on the summary page. Also under Allergies -> Current, added the list column name Allergen.
- Internal changes were made to core classes to modularize the code base.
- Fix was made to the way a provider appears in an ePHR's provider drop-down list.
- Demographics listed with an asterisk (*) are now required. Gender and Preferred Language lists now only include valid elements so one will always be selected. Removed the 'Select' option from Preferred Language. The default is now 'Other'.
- Patient Overview page now displays only Active problems. Nullified problems are no longer displayed in the All Problems list.

- When a patient who is on the Diabetes Registry list had their demographic information updated, the patient was removed from the Diabetes Registry list. A fix was made and the patient will now stay on the list until the patient's Diabetes problem is marked as INACTIVE.
- Fixes were made for ONC §170.302 (d) Maintain active medication list functionality including to the display of active medications on the Overview tab and to the broken links for Hospital Medication Orders and Office Medications Orders tabs.

- Fixes were made for the recording of height observations so that new height observations supersede previous height observations. The superseded observations are not placed on the Nullified Observation List.
- The Inactive and Resolved buttons were removed from the Observation drill down.

- Added a new column in app.menu_data named updatetime. This field will be automatically populated at creation and update time.

- The Tolven application metadata (application.xml) has been separated into two separate files: one for the Tolven base (prototype) install and one for Tolven with ONC-related plug-ins. The trim for the ONC-related plug-ins is now found in a separate org.tovlen.onc.applications plug-in. This means that the ONC plug-ins no longer depend on the Tolven base (prototype) plug-ins.
