Introduction
This section of the Implementation Guide explains the basic system settings.
The Tolven solution provides a number of general options that are important to the overall configuration and access of the system. These general settings are found in the account “Preference” section of the application.
Certain settings are configured at the time of system install; however, values need to be provided to the system administrator for the successful implementation of the Tolven environment.
Implementation Decision
When implementing Tolven, a decision needs to be made regarding the following:
System Defaults
Time Out Values
Define the time that inactive end users can remain logged in to the system before their session is automatically terminated. The time out value is defined in seconds.

Creation of Demonstration Patients

Account Timezone

Enable Back Button
Enables the back button in the browser to take the user back to a previous page in the application.
