Introduction

This section of the Implementation Guide explains the purpose and default configuration of tabs. Tabs are the mechanism used in Tolven to access different areas of the application. The basic configuration of Tolven includes a number of tabs, including Administration, Patient, My Family, Providers and Samples.

The More tab is a placeholder for additional tabs to be nested should there be too many to be displayed on a single line across the applications. The customization capabilities available with the Customize tab include the ability to add or remove tabs from the end user’s setup.

Implementation Decisions

ePHR Tabs

This defines the default tabs to be made available as part of the ePHR application.

eCHR Tabs

This defines the default tabs to be made available as part of the eCHR application.

Enable Customize Tabs Options

This option enables the Customize option to be made available from the More tab in the application.
