Introduction
The Tolven open source platform provides the mechanism for authorized users to access analysis portals that graphically represent the status of selected analysis.

Accessing the Analysis Portals
The Analysis portals can be accessed by selecting the "Analytic" tab. If the "Analytic" tab is not visible, select the "More" tab and add the "Analytic" tab to your default view. If you do not see the "Analytic" tab as an option in the customization window, contact your system administrator.
The overview section of the "Analytic" section of the applications enables multiple portal to be displayed and organized by the individual user.
The Tolven analysis section contains eight examples portals:
Diabetes
The portal displays the percentage of diabetic patients with an A1C result in specified (e.g., normal) range.
Hypertension
The portal displays the percentage of hypertensive patients with their blood pressure in specified (e.g., normal) range.
Colo-rectal Screening
The portal displays the percentage of patients of a certain age that have had colo-rectal examinations in a specified period.
Influenza Immunizations
The portal displays the percentage of patients that have had a influenza immunization within a specified time period.
Mammography Screening
The portal displays the percentage of female patients within a specified age group that have had mammography examinations within a specified time period.
Cholesterol Results
The portal displays the percentage of patients that have had a normal LDL result in a given time period.
Patients with BMI Recorded
The portal displays the percentage of patients that have had a BMI recorded within a specified time period.
Smoking Cessation Programs
The portal displays the percentage of patients that smoke that have been offered smoking cessation programs.
